In 2005 we opened a Caribbean Restaurant in Downtown Miami and from that restaurant, we developed a line of fruit and vegetable juices that became a conversation piece. Back then, no one in the beverage industry used beets or cucumbers in their blends, we were actually the first to hit the main stream. They were unmatched! We boasted flavors like cucumber pineapple, carrot lemonade and strawberry purple carrot! During that tenure, we catered countless parties and corporate events and interacted with high profile individuals which included celebrities and on one occasion a senator. We knew then that “event planning and catering” would be our focus.
